While we take our position on analytical services very seriously we also feel there should be fun in understanding and consuming alcoholic beverages. Our aim is to cater to a wide audience as well as to our valued and loyal clients. We hope you will find in our web-pages some gems, nuggets of useful information and articles of use and interest.

The site has four major Headings: Home, About Us, Contact Us and Testing Facilities. Under these headings are relevant sub-heads discussed below.

EVENTS: “Current issues and Calendar” covers the latest and significant news items pertaining to the industry while a “Calendar” provides a timetable listing of events such as upcoming wine, brewing and distilling conferences, competitions, shows and symposia. NOTE 2012! The Calendar and Events page was getting too crowded so we let it exist alone and  added “Current Events, News and Activities” as a separate page. Check it out today! Added in July 2010 The Clubs and Societies page provides links to interesting, useful and relevant sites. Under Testing Facilities: BEVERAGES, FLAVORS and MORE: The “Test Focus” page carries tips and advice on analytical tests in order to provide a better understanding of some of the tests that you can perform in your own laboratories. “Flavor Corner” provides a discussion of specific flavor notes to be found in alcoholic beverages – representing a favorite topic from our Newsletter: “The Alcohol Beverage Mosaic”.

Also under Testing Facilties: THE LITERATURE: Two main pages; “Books” (in the Marketplace) and, What is new in the “Journals“, share insights into the latest developments as reported in the current literature (including articles we have contributed)

CATALOGS and FORMS: This page provides you with information on obtaining our “Catalogs” and literature (such as the printed version of “The Alcohol Beverage Mosaic”) and older materials can be accessed through contact with us via our “Archives”.
