Meet with us? Meetings/Events we will hopefully or definately attend this year:
April 1-4: ADI (American Distillers Institute - 9th Annual Conference - Huber Winery/Distillery nr. Louisville, KY. We had a tentative invite to present on the use of Hydrometers and Hand-held Digital Densitometers for Craft Distillers but knowing Bill that could change even up to the last minute. May 2-5: Craft Brewers Conference and World Beer Cup, San Diego. Invited to judge at WBC so April 30th until the 6th – in attendance. Gary’s wife, after completing chemotherapy, will also attend for a well earned rest while Gary judges.
July 28 to Aug 1: The other WBC this year – World Brewing Congress, Portland OR. Gary has a submitted abstract but will hopefully attend whether or not it is accepted for a full presentation. Will discuss new spectroscopy methodologies in the modern brewing lab scenario.
October 11-13: The GABF in Denver, CO. Also hopefully judging and enjoying a unique seminar presentation on Sensory being planned for this year.
